ART STATMENT

I would like "to construct" a world that I do not know. A world that I intuit and to witch I arrive from fragments of what I know selected under my criterion. I reconstruct again and again in different ways the encounter with the body sensations. I search deep inside in to mine and others desire, I search in cliches that have constructed the consumption machineries to generate devices that they look for to produce answers of the senses. I want to create awareness to demonstrate the “artefactual” of pleasure. Being started off of the premise that pleasure does not exist in himself.

My relation with the materials has the intention of the artifice, I am related to them from its meaning implicit, its textures, its possibilities of evoking. I select them according to the project that is working. At this moment I am using the photographic support and the video to register the sensations and that united with materials evoke the relations between the constructions in a constant dialogue with the artefactual. I am inspired by the hedonist exposition of philosopher Michel Onfray who follows the way of Nietzsche and Epicurus, where desire is not conceived like lack.
